By using Instorix or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Instorix provides hosted online store infrastructure, admin tools, and setup assistance as described in your chosen plan.

We may update features, pricing, or these terms with notice where required.

You are responsible for the accuracy of product listings, pricing, taxes where applicable, and compliance with laws governing your business.

You must not use Instorix for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

You must keep login credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Subscription fees are billed according to your plan. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your store.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows may occur.

Instorix is provided as a platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months before the claim.
