Refund policy

How refunds work for Instorix subscriptions and for orders placed on Instorix-powered stores.

Instorix subscription fees

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account details.

Store customer orders

Refunds for products sold through your Instorix store are handled by you as the merchant.

Store owners may issue refunds from the admin dashboard. Razorpay-connected stores may process payment refunds through the integrated payment flow where supported.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period unless your plan agreement states otherwise.

After cancellation, your store may be taken offline when the paid period ends.
