Store owners and their customers may also provide order, payment, and account data necessary to run an online store.

We use your information to provision and support your store, process subscriptions, respond to enquiries, and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Customer checkout payments are processed by Razorpay and credited to the store owner's connected account.

Instorix does not store full card numbers. Payment providers handle card data under their own privacy policies.

We retain account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and support purposes.

Store customers may request export or deletion of their personal data where applicable features are enabled for that store.
